National Highways Authorities of India (NHAI) has appointed Vishwa Samudra Vaishnodevi Expressway Private Limited, as the Concessionaire for the design and built of the 35.15 Km Four/Six Access-controlled Expressway from junction with Hiranagar road near village Gurha Balidaran to junction with Jammu Ring Road. The project road crosses Major River, few minor streams and paddy land. The general terrain along the road is plain with intermittent stretches falling under rolling terrain.
